Transneft shareholders approve paying 16,665 rbl/shr in 2022 divs

MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian state oil pipeline monopoly Transneft have approved paying 16,665.2 rubles per common or preferred share, or a total of 120.8 billion rubles, in dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Friday.

Transneft paid 10,497.36 rubles per share, or a total of 76.099 billion rubles, in dividends for 2021, and 9,224.28 rubles per share, or a total of 66.87 billion rubles, in dividends for 2020.
